I’m Chinwendu Emmanuella Chidi, born in Lagos, Nigeria, where I grew up as the eldest of many sisters. Being the first daughter naturally placed me in a leadership role early on, shaping my sense of responsibility and care for others. My love for reading began with my mother, who always encouraged me to explore books, cultivating a lifelong passion for knowledge.
After completing my early education, I pursued a master’s degree at Northumbria University in Newcastle, UK. Relocating for my studies was a transformative experience, pushing me to step outside my comfort zone and grow in unexpected ways, both personally and spiritually.
My career began as an HR personnel at Ruff n Tumble, Lagos, a role that sparked my deep interest in human resources. I discovered how much I enjoyed helping organizations support their people and nurture healthy work environments. Since then, HR has been my passion.
Beyond my professional life, I’m dedicated to studying God’s word and continually deepening my faith. I also find joy in singing, using music as a way to glorify God. Whether I’m reading, traveling, or serving in my community, I aim to live a life that reflects my faith and values.
For me, success isn’t just about professional achievements but about living in a way that positively impacts others... through my work, my faith, and my commitment to helping people realize their potential.
